Please arrive early to allow ample time to find parking and walk to the race start. Due to Hennepin Ave construction, the Life Time Torchlight 5K, Centerpoint Energy Parade, and Minnesota Twins game, there will be higher than usual congestion in and around downtown.
We highly recommend the use of the light rail.
Parking is available in downtown Minneapolis parking lots (except Nicollet Island Inn and Dunwoody) and ramps. Click here to view available parking facilities online. Plan on walking a few blocks up to one mile. We recommend parking in the Minneapolis Convention Center lots and, post-race, utilize the post-race shuttle bus.
While not recommended, if you choose to park in the neighborhoods around Boom Island, please be courteous to our neighbors, follow all parking restriction signs, don’t block any driveways and respect private property.
POST-RACE SHUTTLE BUSES
Back by popular demand! Shuttle buses from the finish to the start line (Minneapolis Convention Center) will be available from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Buses will pick participants up near Boom Island Park after the race and drop off at Minneapolis Convention Center.
